Refund/Return Policy
Refund in Certain Cases within the First 30 Days
In the following cases and after you notify Edge Hosting in writing via fax or your Control Panel within the first 30 days of your contract that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount, excluding setup fees, overages and the fees covering the period of the services use. If a refund is due, you will be notified by email; it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please write to us, call us or open a ticket using your control panel. However, all charges required to refund you will be deducted from the amount we owe you such as but not limited to all currency exchange charges, wire transfer charges, applicable taxes, middle bank charges and the link.
Refund Cases:
- The provided services do not meet the specifications according to the proposal/invoice/agreement and Edge Hosting cannot provide you with equivalent or higher specifications within 30 days/ Month
- You cancelled the order in writing before any back-order and Edge Hosting Billing Department confirms that
- You and Edge Hosting agreed to cancel the engagement and settled the amount of refund
Requests to Cancel After Renewal Date
You must notify Edge Hosting before the Renewal Date on your contract or the signed service activation form if you wish to cancel an account by 30 days. Otherwise you will be billed for a complete billing cycle.
Balance Due
Please be advised that the cancellation of an account does not release you from financial responsibility. If your account has a past due balance and you are not eligible for a refund, the Edge Hosting Accounting department will continue collection efforts.
